Backed by a highly skilled team of entrepreneurs and scientists with over 150 years of combined expertise, and supported by numerous research and commercial partnerships, we are at the forefront of agricultural innovation. Our proprietary peptide discovery and RNAi technologies are protected by two U.S. patents. Innatrix is financially robust, with funding from four venture capital funds, the United Soybean Board, NSF SBIR, USDA SBIR, and the NC Biotech Center. Through extensive market research, including interviews with over 160 customers, we have successfully identified and validated our market fit.
Technology
We are combining an understanding of the dynamics of pathogen/host interactions, with patented protein evolution technology, to develop novel biopesticides.
Compared to conventional approaches to developing pesticides, we are using a more economical way to develop eco-friendly protein-based biopesticides for controlling untreatable and economically important crop pathogens. Pathogen/pest resistance is a huge issue in the field. Based on the robustness of our patented protein evolution technology, we can rapidly evolve new biopesticides to manage this issue.
